Summer Slim Down!

We have a summer slim down challenge at work, it just started today! This is really helping me get motivated and stay on track. Any tip? The challenge runs from 6/15/2016 to 7/25/2016. My first goal is to lost 8 pounds but over all I need to lose 18 to get back where I was a year ago. Thanks!!!!

Big first step just by being on this site. You can do this. Not everyday will be perfect, but just keep moving.0

What a great idea! Do you weigh in together? That would definitely motivate me!0 -
We all weigh in at the beginning of the challenge, one of the requirements of the challenge is to record at least 3 30 minute workouts a week, and then at the end every one has a final weigh in. I love this challenge, especially since I work at a call center, they're so good about encouraging active lifestyles understanding we're pretty sedentary in our job. I think this would be great for a group of friends to do also! I already feel like I have a better understanding to how this whole weightloss thing works!0
