If a banana is what's making you gain weight then your whole diet and exercise needs to be looked at again.

They're pretty accurate for the most part on calories but won't be spot on. What I do to play it safe with my tracking is after I use mine I'll subtract 15% of that.

Your metabolism can't tell time, won't really make a difference. Some say though that a heavy meal before bed might wake you up at night?? Protein shakes can be taken whenever, casein protein is designed to be taken right before sleep.

The FT4 is awesome, I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and I just love it.

High intensity interval training is the best option imo for cardio.

"Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard" "You've got what it takes, but it'll take everything you've got" My two favorites.

The body needs time to heal. If you're gonna do anything with your legs do it light and moderately. An easy bike ride helps the muscle recover quicker.

I believe I am the first afternooner. Usually around 1pm or so. I enjoy it because I feel like I still have some solid energy from my morning breakfast and snack and it fuels the rest of my day.

^^^^This, I'm only on day 6 and I can already see an improvement in my cardio from it. It's suppose to be hard, you shouldn't be able to finish it immediately. This is what makes you push yourself and "Dig Deeper!"

Anyone??

I wear under armour cross trainer shoes. I do it at the gym on a rubber type surface.
-
I'm in Chicago and I worry about the same thing. I haven't had any issues yet but I've had some real close calls.

Everything plus add some mental toughness, you gotta tell yourself you're not tired and you can get a workout in.
-
Just get a good warm up in and your soreness should be gone, they say one of the best ways to overcome muscle soreness is to stay active with the muscle.
