I wondered if it was better advice than the sort that women give because men know what they want. I don't know if my friend is attracting more long term type men but she gets a lot more attention now. :/

I can only do about 15 now!! If 50 doesn't kill me I will try to increase each day. :)

Thank you for the welcome everyone! In a way I feel better knowing that others feel the same way I do but on the other hand it is sad too. I hate to think that people feel so bad about themselves. :( x

Wow - you look amazing! I am starting (again!!) today with 60 pounds to lose which just feels insurmountable.

I am starting today which is beyond crazy as I have a chocablok Easter egg looking at me. :(
