Hiya! As said above me "I like your attitude!". You are absolutely correct in saying that this is not a "diet" and should be approached in a way that you can live happily with, food is definitely not a punishment! Torturing yourself will only bring an end to your journey before you've even begun, and a lot don't realize…

Love, I just went and had a look at your diary back to Sunday Apr.28. mostly it ranged from 368 calories to the highest 492 calories, with Friday May 3 totaling 47 calories. All all that is not including a lot of exercise, Sweetheart, please get some help, you are going to hurt yourself badly if you don't start eating.…

Good Lord Girl! I'm surprised you have ANY energy, let alone doing a "30 day ripped" If I am reading your calories for the day correctly, including the egg, which is about 70cal, but was missed. This only adds up to like 557 calories for the whole day! Good luck!

Hi there, just want to encourage you to keep trying. I only began myself with 10 seconds running and about 2 minutes walking.. But first I could walk for a good distance/time. I began February 2012 and ran a 5K in August 2012 and am now in love with running and am working up to a 10k, but no hurry. By the way, last year…

Clarification please? Topic title says "need egg casserole recipe with "no" starch" Then inside you ask for an egg casserole recipe with potato or bread. Not sure what you want, but as far as I know, both bread and potato are major starches.

Pretty much as said above except that I have been smoke-free for about 7 years now. You will level out, but give it a coulple of weeks, its towards the rest of your life?! I can actually breathe and run at the same time now, even overweight! :) And as said a couple of times, if in the end you need to go over your calories,…

CONGRATULATIONS dougt17!! You should be proud of yourself, that is a great victory! I agree with all of the above, especially picking a 5k to run, but with enough time to train (and a hint if you are close to the course, practice a few times at least on that course, because when you don't know where the finish line is,…
