I am on day 11. I completed my first round last fall. I got busy with life and was terrible at taking my thyroid medicine so I am doing a second round to regain my discipline. I lost 23 pounds. 5’9 went from 163-140. Totally worth all the work!

Daily Post: Monday 11/9 track: yes calories:under exercise: 2 mile walk (16,000 steps) goal: I am doing better with variety in my diet, but not drinking as much as I typically do so going to track my water all week to make sure I am drinking 10-12 glasses

@mram3582 doesn’t look to be an permanent damage. It was just a real bad break. I broke both my fibula and Tibia and had a rod and 4 screws put in. I broke it so low near my ankle so I have had a ton of stiffness there. Was really hard going from super active to immobile. It is my right leg so it has been tough, but I am…

Recent NSV: (Most of my victories are to return to the person I was before I broke my leg 5 1/2 months ago) I was able to skip (wasn’t pretty) briefly outside the pool and I have started jogging in the water :)

@mram3582 I meal prep every Sunday. Before I broke my leg (5 months ago) I was on a great routine for about the past 2 years. When I am busy, I tend to forget to make lists and forgot to pick things up at the store or make easier choices to pack (still healthy, but not variety.)

I have hypothyroidism and have lost 35 pounds. I am just looking to add muscle. My body likes a lot of protein. I eat about 105-108 grams a day (.8 x goal body weight).
