My parents noticed I was losing at around 10 pounds, told me to stop at 20, and said I was probably anorexic at 30. =P Everyone else, probably around 20 or 25, especially since all my clothes started almost falling off.

Cayenne pepper. Anything that lacks flavor, put some of this in, and its good! =]

Juice. I used to drink 64 ounces of juice a day. Also, pretty much all drinks with calories. I drink protein shakes a couple of times a weeks, and a glass of orange juice occasionally, but now its mostly crystal light. I thought it was going to be unbearable, but..it's not. =]

I just got under 200, and bought myself a bicycle! At my goal weight (170) I am going to buy a bunch of new clothes!
