  • I'm 6' tall....my goal is 1590 (I have a desk job) but I burn at least 700 calories a day (bike to and from work). I eat around 1800-2000. I'm not losing much though, so.....maybe I'll increase. Carol

  • I'm doing an MS ride in September - 40 miles on Saturday, 50 miles on Sunday. I ride to and from work every day, and have been logging at least 100 miles a week for about 2 months. I love it...and want to reward myself with a road bike - I have a hybrid Trek right now - but can't afford it...so I'll just keep plugging…

  • Weightwatchers in recent years had a couple good choices for digital scales - are they no longer available?? I think I got mine there about 4 years ago. The problem for me is having a battery on hand!! Mine is dead and I keep forgetting to replace it. Carol
