Thank you guys! @mickeygirliegirl 2 a day workouts, lots of water, low carbs :neutral: , lower sodium intake....I'm pretty sure I've gained it all back with recent events in my life but I did fit the dress for the wedding! Getting back to the grind ASAP!

I typically do 2 miles three times a week but mainly HIIT training on the treadmill and then I hit the weights. Was thinking I might need to incorporate longer distance runs versus interval training at short distances to help. Your thoughts @rsclause?

@elaneaster moderation has worked for me. I haven't cut anything out completely but I do watch my portion sizes. I generally stay within my caloric goals and I try to work out 4x a week. I've incorporated alot more strength training in my regimen whereas before all I would do was cardio and I've upped my daily protein…

I utilized RunKeeper last night and according to it I burned 244 calories in 2miles. When I plugged the same pace (12 min a mile, don't judge haven't jogged in awhile ;) and minutes into Myfitnesspal it was calculated at 245 calories. Very close albeit I've heard Myfitnesspal overestimates calories burned as well. In the…

Believe me I know there is no way to spot reduce which is why I've been dieting, jogging, and lifting weights.
