Thanks to everyone for your supportive comments. Jofjtncb - My logs are accurate for the most part but there are days that I am not able to log everything. As far as the calorie intake I have been luck and not have suffered any lasting side effects from eating on average 500-1300 calories a day.

I do! I have a lot more motivation and energy to go further in my hikes and walks. I also enjoy an app call mapmywalk that allows you to earn achievements for completeing course based on fastest times, best personal times and a few others. Great Job!!! When I was a kid I hated the taste of black licorice, but for some reason when I got older my taste kind of changed an I enjoyed the taste and aroma of black licorice. On a side note, thanks a lot to whom ever started this post. I freak-in craving black licorice now.
