Hah! Totally true. Before I bought a food scale, the serving size for my ground beef in my spaghetti said 4oz of ground beef = 1 serving, and the WHOLE time.. Personally, today I just ate this new recipe for pizza. I'm in love with cheese........... I love cheese with everything!!!!!! :) Soooo yummmmmmmmm Especially lasagna <3 But!!!!!!!!!!! You shouldn't eat loads of it everyday! :P I know how it is with cheese. Especially when it's nice and melted :)) 1 serving a day isn't bad at all! ;)

Nicely said. Love the post. :) I ate a piece of cake today and I was telling myself not to for about 40 minutes before I ate it and I thought.. I haven't had a 'treat' in weeks! So I did it. I fit it into my daily goals, and it worked out perfectly fine. :)

My 5 year old cousin eats more than you. Lol Starving won't make you lose weight. It'll backfire in the end.

Not usually unless my calorie intake is really low. But if you eat ALL your exercise calories back, how will you lose weight? xD So I usually never eat them back but on occasion I will eat 100-150 of my workout cals back. :)

Bump - Am wondering this too. I used the Runtastic app yesterday for the first time for my bike ride. I rode 10 miles in 1hr and 30 minutes and burned 307 calories. Does that sound accurate? I went up/down hills aswell.
