She gets up usually around 3 or 4 am and then at 6 am again and is up till I have to leave for work. It's chaotic. LOL. I think I am just going to have to squeeze in at LEAST 30 minutes in the am or night. So hard. I'm really focusing on watching what I am eating in the meantime. I figured THAT I can easily control.

A 5 am wakeup sounds so awful, especially when rest is equally important. LOL But, I see what you are saying - we have to choose to lose some sleep and squeeze in exercise or not exercise at all (which is not an option). I guess I have to bite the bullet and get up earlier, or stay up later. Thanks for the wake up call. :)

Wow you look FANTASTIC! I have P90x and have only gotten through day 3 before I quit :( I have a couple friend of mine thta would get up at 430 am and do p90x and it WORKED for them! My girlfriend lost allll her baby weight and more, and her hubby - our friend of 12 years - has always been chunky and I never saw him…

Hi Stefani, I'm in the saaaaame boat you are! 30th coming up and I so want to look and feel great! So far, this is working (although this is only the mid of week 2 for me). Toughest part is watching what I eat and findings time to fit in exercise and food logging. Stay strong. Support here is great!

For me I feel like my body is unwinding from the day and I'm bored, so I just eat. I've been trying to drink lots of water and small healthy snacks through the day to stop me from getting hungry at night. We'll see if it works! (fingers crossed)
