  • im going to look up the calories for the foods my family usually makes just so i have an idea of the calories. but i wont obssess over it. im just curious to see how many calories everything is!   • me and multivitamens arent so chummy. last time i tried to take them (without my doctors supervision of course smh) i started getting dizzy spells and came close to fainting a number of times. sooooo im a tad scared of vitamens now lol

  • if your exercising every single day but your also eating under, i would assume your not eating enough. i didnt look at your diary but if you open it up that would help. bump up your calorie intake. how many calories are y ou allowed now?
