  • I have the same problem and until I can get to town to get a sports bra I am wearing two normal bras which really helps with the bouncing! Now need the same for my stomach.
  • Amazing! Well done and I love the term tiger stripes. I am only at day 2 but posts like yours inspire me to keep going. I am just worried after 10 days I won't be ready for level 2. Thanks for posting pics.
  • Hi have just completed day 1 of level 1. Hope it gets easier! Not sure what to put in for my excercise.
