I am having this same problem. I have 3 young boys, 10, 5 and 2 1/2, they are always wanting to snack on chips and etc.. The elliptical at the gym takes in my weight when I enter the program I want to do, I have to figure out how to get the calorie count on the treadmill at the gym. For some reason it doesn't show it.

I LOVE VEGGIES!!!! Mix it up everyday, don't eat the same veggies everyday the same way.. Do something different w/ them, or find a way that you do like them and eat them like that.

I say it's up to you.. I think we all slip up every now and then when we eat, but I'm not sure about having a certain day as a cheat day. I just wouldn't want to go over board.
