Favorite part about your gym or work out program?
I've been working hard for a little over a yr, lost a total of 75lbs, that's with calorie counting and working my butt off in the gym.. I love my gym, the classes are amazing, the instructors are great, and keep us on our toes.. then there are the women at my gym, what a great group of people i've met and become friends…

Being SIck and Exercising!?

this is why I stopped buying this stuff... UGH!
Ok, so hubby went shopping the other day and bought "Cool Ranch Dorito's" Which are my WEAKNESS! UGH! Between me and my boys we have ate half the bag in about 5 days. I don't sit there and eat alot at one sitting, but at least 6-10 chips. UGH, when this bag is Gone they are BANNED FROM MY HOUSE!!!!

it's a wonder..
I seriously wonder sometimes how I weigh what I do... I never get to sit down and eat a real meal, while it's hot or the whole meal.. I am either chasing my 2 yr old around, or he's eating half of my food. Like now I brought in a applesauce to eat as a snack, and guess who's eating it after mommy only had 1 bite.. yeah…

what is your wkly weight loss goal ?
I had mine set at 1 1/2 lbs per week, but w/ a scale that doesn't work, i have no clue where I"m at.. I was thinking of putting it to 2 lbs. but not sure.

cut out caffeine ...
I recently cut out caffeine from my diet.. Not entirely, but definately WAY LESS then I was consuming. I am drinking more water, fat free milk.. Some tea, but diet tea now. Calories on machine compared to here?
Kind of a confusing title I know. So I do the Elliptical at the gym, I was on it for 10 mins, so the calorie counter on the machine there said 87 calories.. When I input on this site (like before I went to the gym) it's saying the elliptical for 10 mins is 100+ calories burned, which is right? ???

Rough weekend.
My hubby and I went away for the weekend w/ friends.. And things didn't go as planned. UGH!!! At The Gym??
I am going to the gym at least 3-4 days a week. I do strength training and cardio. I do at least 30 mins of cardio every time I go (elliptical or treadmill) And I do strength training. I do a break in the strength training and just a do a day w/ cardio. But should I be doing more cardio then strength training? To lose the…

Has anyone used this before? Does it really work? I was looking at this yesterday and saw that you can't snack between meals, do the pills keep you fuller longer or ? anyone know.

Am I eating Enough ?
I know this sounds like an odd question. I have been trying to cut down big time, but I want to be sure I"m actually eating enough. If I snack between meals, its grapes, apples, ect... What can i eat that is healthy and gives me energy? On a good note I did lose 2 lbs. I know only 2lbs, but hey.
