Finding it hard to stay on track!!!

Lately I've been finding it hard to stay on track.. But not in the way you would think... I have struggled w/ an eating disorder all my life, due to past trama and bad childhood. It was my way of coping and dealing w/ the things that happened to me.. while I was pregnant I did good, because I knew I had to for them and for myself.. (it's a control thing) now I sometimes find myself going back to my old ways. Some days I eat breakfast and some days i don't (I know that's the most important meal, I'm trying to eat when the boys eat before school), then I find myself not eating lunch and sometimes going till later in the evening before I eat, I go to bed hungry and wake up hungry. UGH!!! I have been trying to snack on healthy stuff so i'm at least getting something in myself, but has any one else ever dealt w/ a food issue.. I'm happy w/ my weight loss, but I often wonder if it would ever be enough for me..
