  • I love HUMMUS, w/ sea salt bagel chips, or cut up fresh veggies. Taste yummy, and they make different flavors of Hummus. Cheese and crackers, (many choices there) Spinach dip w/ sea salt bagel chips.

  • YES... I am not a meat eater, makes me sick (well red meat) But when I was pregnant w/ my youngest I craved big mac's.. I ate one and never got sick. To this day I still crave and have it every couple of months I will want it.. and it doesn't make me sick. ODD!
  • Yes definately. My mood sometimes determines what I eat, how much I eat and if I workout. I have to say lately I'm turning the negative into making me want to work out MORE AND HARDER!
  • are you weighing yourself weekly.? I was doing this, but was getting discouraged. So Now I am weighing in on the 1st of the month and the 15th of the month, every two weeks or so. Keep it up and don't get to discouraged.

  • thanks! :) I do cardio everyday. I need to up the time on it though, I think. I try to do 2 days of strength, then a cardio day only then strength. But either way i do cardio every time before I leave. Thanks for the info. So I need to work in just a cardio day like every other day...
  • I like Both.. I used to only do the elliptical, because I thought it worked out more then the treadmill did.. but lately I have been doing at least 10-15 mins on the treadmill before I leave the gym. I like both though.
  • I LOVE STARBUCKS! I tend to get Black ice tea unsweetened I will break down every once in a while and get a skinny mocha frap. I KNOW AWFUL! but i do it as a treat, maybe once every 2 months..

  • I think I was weighing myself almost everyday, and was getting way to discouraged w/ myself and would then go off track. When I didn't see a difference I would get really mad. So I like the idea of setting a date of each month and weighing in, I think I will have to do that. Thanks everyone! :)

  • Kashi makes good Protein bars.. Chocolate and peanuts and almonds.. It's high in protein and very tastey. they are a bit expensive, but to me WORTH IT!

  • Almost everything has sodium in it, but you can buy low sodium foods and just really watch the sodium intake. Too much salt makes me very bloated. Good luck
  • I am a parttime nanny as well, and during spring/summer/fall, I WALK ALOT W/ the kids.. I push a double stroller w/ 2 toddlers in it, and it's not all FLAT! So that helps too when I can't get to the gym while at work !: )
