I can't help with the afib, but Optimum Nutrition has a all natural whey protein as do other companys that are popular in the weight lifting world.

I have never had a problem with concentrate or isolate but prefer blends due to cost.

I would like to think mine is exercising as well, on off days I find myself thinking about how much I am going to deadlift, bench, etc, tomorrow., That and browsing supplements on sale somewhat like you, i have 4 5lbs tubs of protein at the moment lol.

Just found my book, on my plan 36 days is "stage 6" meaning that I can have pretty much all food, but you also need to know your Macros such as protein, fats, and carbs. Can't recall the stage 4 months post op is, but it all depends I like to keep 3 main meals and 1-2 snacks depending on calories, say shoot for 200 cals each meal or split it in to more meals if you need to. As far as recipes always remember protein first.

Thank you, and I would be nowhere without my good friends. Currently at 324lbs would like to get to around 270 or lower. I wish I would have taken more pictures along the way, but I do have this little collage my cousin made. I think the right I am still around 350lbs.

Are you getting your water in?, my Doc always stressed the impotence of it and how feeling hungry after surgery was sometimes due to lack of hydration.

I have never really cared for any fruit flavored proteins, or cheaper protein powder in fact. If it is any of the Walmart stuff it does not taste well at all, It is different for everyone but some good ones I have had include Optimum Nutrition, MTS, Syntrax Nectar, and Matrix, GNC amp 100%, and Cellucor.
