Female Age: 21 Height: 5'6" Weight: 193 lbs Workout route: various activities, whenever I can I've been struggling to lose weight for a while with variable success, going off an on different programs but I've always tried to consistently track what I'm eating on MFP. And look in the mirror to remind myself why I want to change my lifestyle in the first place. Oddly enough, brushing my teeth helps too!

If its something you want, then go for it. Do your homework first, but go for it. I myself would maybe think of it after having kids. I'm naturally a D-DD so I really don't need/want any more. Other than that, they look good if they look natural. I've seen good ones but I've also seen bad ones...just be careful not…

^I like this one! So true! When I was in high school and on cross country, my best was a 7:21. When I was training for the 1/2 marathon my "cruise control" was about 10-11, but now I'm just getting back into running so I think I'm about a 12. Its really whatever you can do, and trying to do better than you did…

I myself have never logged house chores but maybe I'll start if it's something out of the ordinary, like 3 hours of deep cleaning. And 800 calories is no joke! On a side note, can anyone tell me what a HRM is??

You look fantastic!!! :D And happy!!!!! Congratulations for your wonderful results and kudos to the work you had to do to get them!!!

In one of her points, she writes, "I contest the model outlined above, which has at its core the notion that fatness is a disease...The detrimental…

This past Friday was my 18th birthday (which rocked!!-and featured olive garden, cake, etc.) and I'm glad I didn't gain weight. I'm at 155.6 lbs today so not bad, I guess. Still, not feeling so great today.

I had one vertigo atttack about 6 months ago but haven't had one since- I actually have no idea why but maybe check if its hereditary, or stress-induced, or hormonal, or related to inner-ear problems? Hope that helps- good luck!!!

I lost 18 then gained back 5 because I stopped eating well and exercising- but those are some great pictures and I really want to start college healthy and fit. I personally would love to see 135 and get back to the runner's shape I had a few years back. Great job and thanks for the motivation!!! How are you doing…

Good luck! I was going to suggest getting closer to your calorie goal, especially if you work out 5 days a week- seems like other people got that covered though! Wish you the best of luck- I always tell myself chocolate isn't going to leave the planet as extra motivation- and dark chocolate granola thins are pretty…

Try not go go shopping while hungry....for some reason oreos seem more appealing then  Jokes aside, get a lot of fruits and vegetables, and lean meats like chicken. I usually get vegetables that can steam in the microwave, but most important is that you get foods that (1) you can prepare, so microwave meals if that's…

Good luck!!!!!! It really feels good to get back in / find that weight range that you feel happy and healthy at! I personally found that as I ate better and started feeling better, it got easier to resist junk food and exercise. Keep at it and you'll feel great about yourself!
