i was recently diagnosed with adhd (i'm 32!) been taking 15 mg adderral xr since sept 8. I've lost about 12 lbs. My diary is open - it seriously is hard to eat. Some days I get 1000-1200, others 600 :(

Wow! My kids are in public school (i have one going into 2nd grade, my youngest starts kinder in a week or two). Their menu options seem healthier than that. No matter what the main entree is, the kids HAVE to put a fruit and vegetable on their plate. Mostly raw - celery, broccoli, carrots, apples, banana etc.

the sandwich i get is under 300 cals - turkey avocado on wheat. the avocado i use as my "sauce" so no mayo/ranch/ etc and no cheese.

i'm not sure what you are doing for exercise but i wouldn't be eating back ALL the calories you get for that. from what i've read it mfp overestimates. If i earn extra calories from exercise I'll eat about 1/3 to 1/2 of them back.

i don't think coffee has hindered my loss at all. i drink about 3 cups 2-3 x per week ( i make a huge iced coffee). i use one tbsp (serving) of fat free creamer (30 cals) plus less than 1/4 cup lactose free skim milk ((20 cals or so). So my iced coffee with creamer, milk, splenda is about 60 cals.

i think its true. I've been married 9 years. OUr kids are older now (age 5 and 7), I'm in my 30s and its time to focus a little bit on me. Husband notices and I think is more loving because of it. He's supportive. He's not RUDE when I've been heavier, but he is more affectionate when he knows I'm working on ME for my…

About how often I cheat - not very often. I don't totally deprive myself of any one thing. I just have less of it. A slice of pizza here, frozen yogurt with toppings. When I have "tried" to cheat - aka eat a Fuddruckers meal on vacation, I ended up puking all night. Soooo - thats pretty damn motivating not to eat that way!
