You cad do lots of sit ups & push ups & jumping jacks. I would go check out the YMCA. My kids used to cry when I dropped them off in a nursery but quickly realized it was fun. You need you time so quit the excuses. :)

Addictive Sesame Chicken & Jasmine rice. The recipe for the chicken is on all recipes. It's sooo yummy. My kids and husband can't get enough of it. Tonight is leftovers from Sunday.

My HRM is always way lower than the machine I'm on. The only machine that was dead right was the stairmaster. I have mine programed for me & got it because I felt the machines at the gym were over estimating. I ignore the machine and go with my monitor.

I have just enough bfast to get my metabolism moving in the morning. I have Carnation Inst Bfast with the cup of 1%milk. It's super quick and I can drink it slowly why getting the kids out the door in the morning. Sometimes I'll have a yogurt too.

I got a heart rate monitor (Polar FT40) recently for this exact same reason. I do a lot of walking in the neighborhood & hiking.
