I love goat cheese too. I put it in salads and I use this appetizer recipe for all family get togethers: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/bruschetta-goat-cheese-cups-10000001152926/ I use a jarred artichoke and tomato bruschetta instead of sweet peppers. Everyone loves it and there is never any left!

Thanks for all of the replies. I just googled IT band, I had never heard of that before :embarassed: I will definitely do some foam rolling and strength exercises. I went to a running store (not a "big box" store) for my shoes but they did not have me get on a treadmill or anything. Perhaps I will have that done as well.

I drink Tazo Iced Green Tea instead of coffee but I only drink 1/2 bottle at a time and not everyday (it has sugar in it). Sorry I am not much help...I gave up my daily coffee too for the same reasons as you!

I weigh myself everyday, sometimes twice a day. I just need to reassure myself that what I am doing is working. I do not let 2-3 lb fluctuations bother me and I do not alter my eating because of them.

I hear this quite often in the media about how children are not fed at home and school food programs are their only source of nutrition. I don't get that at all.
