I had to cut down on salt in my diet for medical reasons. It is extremely challenging. About the best thing I've learned is to substute salt for spicy. Or if you cut down on salt in your diet everywhere else you can indulge in a chip or two here and there.

Ok, this has been bothering me all day. Please ignore all of these posts to just drink water and let the water weight fall off on it's own. That kind of water retention is a sign of kidney issues. Please don't ignore such a giant red flag. Go to the doctor and have the protein in your blood and urine tested. It could be…

20lbs in that amount of time indicates organ problems. I have Nephrotic Syndrome caused by Minimal Change Disease, my immune system attacks my kidneys and makes my body lose more protein than it retains. Your body actually retains water because it is malnurished from not enough protein. I was undiagnosed for a long time…

Armpit fat! My arms, chest and back all look tone, except for that stupid armpit fat! It doesn't matter what I do, those fat rolls won't go away..

When people say stuff like that to me I just respond with, "Yes, exactly, I'm skinny. Skinny went out of style in the 90s, I want muscles!"

The point here is that there are extremists that refuse to ever treat with antibiotics even when necessary. (Clearly the animals that die from sickness aren't sold as food.) It does happen and not just with the one case I heard personally. I'm just saying there are bad things that happen to these free range chickens…

Animals, just like people, need antibiotics and vaccines. I honestly think it's cruelty to hold this kind of treatment to stay "organic." I heard a story from an organic farmer that she let half of her chickens die from pneumonia because they are antibiotic free, free range chickens. That is ridiculous to just let animals…

^^This! I have some for sale!!

Agreed, probably got all of their information from a PETA video. Having been on many dairies and growing up on one myself, I've never known this to be true at all.
-
Thank you! As a farmer myself, it is really frustrating to read debates like this. I bet most on this board read one article, or talked to one person that is either for or against GMOs and that is what they base their entire decision on. Ignorance is a plague.

Eat some fiber. Sounds like you have a giant food baby!

I'm almost 5'4 and I'm 128.5 as of yesterday. I'm a size 4. The picture in my ticker I'm 120, my goal weight (red swimsuit.) I was skinny fat then though. I'm about to throw my scale out, because I no longer give a crap what it says. I'm happy with how I look now, but am working on toning up a bit more, if that means my…

I've had issues on and off with anorexia since I was a teenager. Honestly, it's really hard to get out of those kinds of habits. I had to start eating several small meals a day. Eating a big breakfast helps a lot. If you have a few days where you eat less, don't stress too hard about it. Just take it one step at a time.

Depends on the guy...

110lbs for someone that is 5'5 is a BMI of 18.3. Under 18.5 is considered underweight. You're good now (BMI 19), but I'm actually inclined to agree with your boyfriend that you shouldn't lose anymore.

My boobs never change. Some of use are just lucky. I weighed 110 in high school and had Ds. Now I'm 130 and I still have Ds.

I do not have gym membership. My work has a free exercise room, I only use that to use the elliptical. I can't run outside or on a treadmill because of a knee injury. I'm saving up money to get one at home. I have weights at home. I recommend getting them used to save money. I don't really do videos anymore, but I did to…

I'm thinking about switching to this method. My problem is, I keep getting conflicting calculations. Does anyone have an accurate BMR/TDEE calculator? I'm getting a 150 calorie difference from using google results.

#1 - STAY THAT WEIGHT! #2 - Post before and after pictures on Facebook that say, "I lost it by eating 5 times a day, working my a** off, and NOT replacing meals with shakes!"

I think that sounds fine. Week one I do 2 days of full upper body, three days of core and lower body, one day of rest. The following week I do 3 days of full upper body, 2 days of lower and core, one day of rest. I alternate weeks. I do 4-6 days of cardio, depending on my schedule. It's been working great for me.

I've got 14 to lose. Count me in!
-
I lift every other day for my entire upper body. That's the only way I can get rid of the under arm flapping.

I think you should go for it as long as you aren't getting winded. It's important to be able to do everything easily if you are going to instruct people. Being totally honest, I once gave a work out video side eyes because the instructor was bigger. After 5 minutes all my doubts were gone and my butt was getting kicked.…

I'm the same size and I do the exact same thing. It's the only thing that works for me.

Me too please!
