Thanks . I just googled it and plugged my number in. Unfortunately I just cut out the simple carbs not so sure I'm ready to cut the complex. I am struggling with out my bread :/ as it is.

What is a Keto calculator?. What does it tell you and where do you find it? I try to exercise 5 days/week and Im hoping my carbs could be bumped up a bit.

Really easy salad: buy the f.resh salsa in the refridg. section . Add some cucumbers and baby spinach . Mix it and you have a couple of meals. Sometimes I also will add the perdue shortcuts chicken and also feta cheese. Really don't need a dressing since the salsa is so fresh and juicy :)
