Not sure about her fitbit. But mine has a built in gps that tracks my distance exactely. It tells me how far i walked, how long, average speed, calories burned, avrage HR etc ..for that particular excersise. My hr for the 3 hour was an avarge of 130 to 150.

I walked about 3 hours today, roughly 8 miles, and burned 950 calories according to my fitbit surge.

I do. I have no off limits, I log my food, 90 % accuracy, and loses 1 to 2 pounds a week.

Im 4.5 pounds from my 1st goal. At that weight my BMI should be at 24.68. It started at 180 something and now im 154.5 It has taken me 6 months of ups and downs.

When i changed my smoothing ftom 7 to 30, it bumped my trend up 2 pounds. And my forecast changed too to May 12 instead of May 6.

I just don't see the purpose with smoothing. Or i don't get the purpose..how do i balance the two.

IDK.....I cook my meats in a broiler or George foreman grill. So much of the fat that is in my food raw is not there when I eat it. I would not call that accurate. But I still scan the barcode on the raw food and log it. It's not that big of a deal really. I still lose weight.

Are you in to weightlifting? Youbhave great measurments for somebody yiur height and weight. I wish i looked liked that. Im 5' 55" and weigh 156 and my waist is 32 to 33 " and my hips are 39.5. :(

With activities such as working and walking from here to there , But no gym, ...about 2500. Just laying in bed all day or sitting in front of tv, about 1500.

Im going to,Sweden and Germany in May. Im planning on maintaining. Im active enough that maintaining shouldn't be an issue. Then i hit it again coming home. It will be like a diet break.

Ok, i went from 185 to 156 in 6 months. Im trying to get to 150 by May 1st...and go from there. Its harder now. You don't have much to lose, so it will be harder. But not impossible! I 'm 5'5"

How much do you weigh and how tall are you? It might be tough but with discipline you can do it.
