This is what i do to keep things moving. I fast for a day or two. I mean, I will eat, just much less than normal. That usually gets things going for me.

This is what i do. I keep a 25 pound weight next to my scale. And before i step on scale i calibrate it. Because my scale like yours seems to rremember what i weigh. Even,if i go to the bathroom in between. So in,order to prevent that i calibrate before i weigh myself every time.

I hate tight fitting clothes as well. Fitted and flattering, but not tight.

I noticing between 5 and 10 pounds. Others after 15 pounds.

After boiling egg for 8 to 10 minutes, rinse in cold water for a while.

I would love to be that skinny. I think skinny is hot. But do I have the discipline to stay that skinny. NO! lol I be happy once I reach 140ish. :)

Hey, i ate a 1000 calories in the last 48 hours. Not because i avoid eating, just because i worked a double at the hospital and just crashed in bed after i got home. I gained a pound...lol!

Overweight doesn't mean unhealthy anymore than underweight. And you can be "too fat" even if you are within a haelthy BMI.

Yes, me! 5 hours of elliptical a week and the mfp diet. With a 40 min run once a week.

OP, I live in Chicago. On my off days I sometimes drop husband off at work down town Chicago ( Sears Tower ) and walk home. I love walking. I don't walk for speed. I walk for enjoyment.

Yes, and I think that is so rude. I had a guy listen to rap on his phone so everybody could hear. It is soo rude. Like he thinks it's his private gym or something. Turn that crap off.
