What supplements are you taking? Have any of your skincare ingredients changed in the last month?

I've lost 20 lbs and people are telling me my face looks thin.

I had tons of problems with the IUC, I gained 40 lbs in the year that I had it and lost all that weight rapidly after having the IUC removed.

I exercise after breakfast, I have to since my kids have lots of friends and I'm scared I might kill one with my kettlebells. And it's not easy answering the millions of questions a gang of young children can ask while you are out of breath.

A baby will take what it needs from your body, so it's you who will suffer if you do not eat enough or get proper nutrition. I would eat at maintenence and each exercise calories. I take a supplement that has milk thistle, licorice and fennel. I take them for other reason's but when I was researching the herbs I learned that Chinese medicince says they help with obesity.

Lots of small changes, like the butt hump is gone and arm muscles showing. But mostly it's my strength that has shown the most change.

5'2 here and I eat 1900-2300 calories. That's my calorie range of tdee-20% up to lose fat/gain muscle. I weigh 164 right now and did weigh 174 at the start of April when I joined.

I eat 1900-2300 cals a day. If I eat less than 1600 I can't sleep and start doing weird things like when I'm driving I won't remember how I got to my destination or other forgetfull things happen. If I eat 1900 I feel awesome and have tons of energy.

I'm 5'2 and eat 1900 cals and I'm losing 1lb. per week, hope this makes you feel better about eating more.

Whenever I start gaining or not losing I've found that eating at maintenance for a couple days helps. Before I found this method I had stopped losing for a few weeks.

TDEE-20% is awesome. Scales are evil! Don't stress if the scale doesn't move, its not a good indicator of progress. Try some weight's it will give your body a toned look. It's not all about the scale.

My very last pair of pants are getting too big. And the button cheek thigh crease is gone! My 5 year old said "wow mom your back is skinny." And I wear size large and its loose. BEST OF ALL...I took pictures of me and the kids and was not embarrassed.
