What did I do wrong? Had a hard time exercising.
I had been doing cardio for an hour everyday and usually feel great while doing it, but today it was more of a chore. Was it my breakfast? I had 2 oatmeal packet's instead of my usual 2 egg omlette filled with fresh veggie's. And I exercised with in 20 minutes of eating instead of about 40 minutes. Please help. TIA
