I had been doing cardio for an hour everyday and usually feel great while doing it, but today it was more of a chore. Was it my breakfast? I had 2 oatmeal packet's instead of my usual 2 egg omlette filled with fresh veggie's. And I exercised with in 20 minutes of eating instead of about 40 minutes. Please help. TIA

If you've recently started exercising and you recently started weight loss, it's possible you are eating too little in general.
That would make your exercise difficult.
How much are you trying to lose? How many calories a day are you eating? Are you adding in your exercise and then eating back those calories? That's how this site works.

Some days I'm just less motivated than others. No real reason I've found, just happens. I finish my workout anyway.0

Some days are fine, some a little bit harder....
I wouldn't worry unless it becomes a pattern.0 -
Every time I have experienced this it was due to a cold coming on. Just an overall decrease in energy and trouble keeping a good pace. I say listen to your body!0

Prior to mfp I ate 900 cal. and walked 2 miles 5 days a week. And felt like crap. After mfp I'm eating around 1500 cal and added 30ds (day 2) and up my walks to 3 miles daily. I'm taking baby step with the weighloss goal I'm trying to get down to 155 from 174. I have lost 9 lbs. I felt really good up until today.
ETA thanks I just checked my calendar and my cycle start's in 3 days.... duh lol0 -

It just happens that way sometimes. Shrug it off, champ. If you feel that way for an extended period of time consider making changes in diet, exercise, or sleep. But one bad day? *shrugs*0

Thanks you made me feel better!0 -
Did you do your workout regardless? That's the important thing. Those workouts I believe we get the most out of.0
