One day left - after 29 days, I don't see any difference in my bum area - it's not tighter, it's not nicer, it's pretty much the same. What I've noticed though is I find the exercises (most of them) easier to do. I need new heavier weights. I didn't like the repetitive nature of the videos - doing the same video however…

I've been to Texas 3 times now and I agree with the saying! Everything IS bigger in Tx!! I'm from Canada though =)

I take Met. everyday as well. Make sure your water is ice cold. That helps. I mix mine in just a bit of water so I can down it real quick then I take a glass of water to help it go down.

Day 28 done! You are right - 3 workouts is a bit much...in the cardio one -I still don't get the hop kick move =) and that crab turnover thing?? that's hard!

My husband would never say that to me - he respects me too much for that! He might think it but to say it aloud is just plain wrong. You can't do this for him. You must do it for yourself - that's the only way to be successful...

If this is what you do everyday and is just part of your day I would say no. What do you have your setting as? sedentary? active? That's what I would change. I wish I could walk to work!

Day 27 done! The first video seemed easy now! It wasn't so the first time I did it! The second one - the cardio part I still find a little difficult to add the hops- coordination is just not there! Hence why I don't do aerobics classes - I look like a fool! haha

it does. It's great! You listen to a little story mixed with your music while you run/walk - when you hear zombies detected you better get your butt in gear! haha I love it!

I've lost 29 lbs and I've gone down 1 band size - same cup though.

I had a breast reduction and would do it again in a flash! I don't know why I waited so long! I was a... I can't even remember! I know they took 5 lbs off and I'm now a C cup - I wanted the dr to make me an A cup - but he said it didn't work that way =). I had lost 20 lbs at the time - I couldn't even walk around the block…

I actually lost weight while at disney! You walk soooooooo much you can't not lose weight! lol! Enjoy every minute! It truly is a magical place (coming from someone who never wanted to go to begin with!)

Best of luck to you! We did IVF and unfortunately was unsuccessful... your story will end up more positive! You probably should work on losing weight - I know our specialist was a big supporter of that theory.
