Canada has one - don't know about anyone else... they are recommendations - http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/food-guide-aliment/index-eng.php

If fruit was bad it wouldn't be recommended in the food guide...

I'm not great at yoga either - but I'm hanging in and have been working at it for a couple weeks. I've seen some improvements already - I just find it boring as h&ll! There are also moves I really can't do well as the muscles in my legs aren't "long" enough... but small improvements... Give it another try - and it has to…

That's fantastic and fast! I can barely do it under 30 minutes!

We did a Disney Cruise before - best trip! It was fantastic and would love to do it again. For us, Disney is the way to go - no drunks, no casinos - just plain relaxing and eating =) The excursions are expensive - but the snorkeling with sea turtles was well worth it! The Disney private island was nice as well! The whole…

Yesterday I went rock climbing! I'm terrified of heights so I never thought I could do it - helps to be in much better shape!

I use runkeeper - and I do have a bracelet that counts my steps.

That's great! We women are our worst enemy! I do the same thing to myself - it's only 40 lbs, I'm not thin, blah blah blah... I love the song by Baz Luhrmann - Everybody's Free (to wear suncscreen) - an old one but man the message is fabulous... part of it - never look at beauty magazines, they will only make you feel…

Definitely maintaining for me! I find my mentality changed - when I was losing, I would never be in "the red". I was more motivated to see results. Now, I'm sometimes in the red and don't care as much... which can turn into a problem real fast =) I do exercise everyday which technically gives me more calories to eat...…

I run every second day, do strength every second day.

I'm also a teacher and have been off since June 30th. I've been pretty good activity wise - I have to have my 10 000 steps a day so that's a motivator - I'm on day 100 streak today! We went on a trip to NYC and there was TONS of walking there - I've started doing yoga after my runs as well. Running is a bit easier in the…

Love it! I'm thinking...I'm thinking...

The story of my life =) I've been tracking for years and years - I also track my headaches as I get them and migraines with my period... the joys of being a woman... In your tracking, have little symbols - makes it easier and faster... for example in my tracking (*) means spotting, * means real period and H means headache.

Depends of the guy I guess! My husband has a goatee. Some men look ridiculous in a beard while others look nice.

Wow! You are doing awesome!

Haha! Men! =)

1. I bought a bikini! I don't know if I'll wear it in public (I have a pool in my backyard) - but it's a step in the right direction! 2. I started running last August. I've completed a few 5k races including a few fun ones Zombie run, mud hero, run or dye and some serious ones. I've also been able to run 10 km without…

jawbone is a pedometer - it only counts steps. other activities you have to add yourself. What I dis is link up MFP with jawbone and enter my exercices and food in MFP - seems more accurate.

You don't want to buy weights - neither did I - I started doing You are your own gym (the app) and saw a difference quickly. good luck!
-
Keep it up! You are doing amazing!
-
Fabulous!
-
Now that's inspiration! You are AWESOME!
-
Wow! Fantastic!!
-
Keep working at it - you'll get there! Great start!

I've been doing push-ups - starting with push ups on my knees as I couldn't do a "real" push up before - seen big difference in my arms.

I have one for 1 and a1/2 years now an dlove it - I did need to change it twice -but jawbone is great at replacing them for free. my last one broke 2 days before the end of my year and they replaced it. My Up bracelet has helped tremendously to motivate me to move... nat

Thing is -you run for a healthy heart - and you do weights for healthy muscles - you should be doing a bit of both =) You look great!

I'm doing the runtastic abs workout- takes about 13 minutes - and is challenging enough. I always put my feet under something when doing situps. I'm guessing that when my core is stronger, I will be able to do them without doing that... there are different variations -whatever works for you and build from there.
