Awesome! Did you also change eating habits? I love my one bowl of chips at night (one serving - I measure =) - or else it would be one big bag! haha)...

awesome work!

That's great! It does feel great at first =) Then, when you are done losing, it gets annoying! haha

I have been using my jawbone up for a little over a year- if it wasn't for my bracelet I wouldn't be where I am today. If all I need to motivate me is a little bracelet then so be it. I've had people tell me it's ridiculous - I don't care - it works for me. My bracelet broke and funny enough, I didn't walk on those days -…

I started running at 41. Go for it! Take it easy - do it the right way and there should be no problems.

I enjoyed reading your journey! Awesome job! I agree - maintaining is not easy!

Have you tried changing your route? going to a different neighbourhood? A different view is sometimes great! I can't wait for Spring to get here so I can go in the trails again... I'm getting sick of the streets with the same looking houses - no matter what street I go on... ETA: I always find the first 10 minutes the…

It takes me 32 minutes - no walking - I'm aiming for 30.

It does get easier - you also need to remember there will be good runs, not so good runs and all out awful runs... that won't change... keep on going! I can't run right now due to injury - I was up to 10km - I went out yesterday after a week off and couldn't even do 1km - that's very frustrating but not giving u =)
-
That's so cool!
-
I got bored of it and did about 5 weeks - the basic option- I was seeing major difference in my arms - and how many reps I was doing... I should get back to it... I just found the exercises got too difficult - even the most basic version...

There is nothing you can do against gravity - it's not going anywhere =) I had breast reduction surgery a few years ago - and had perky breasts for the first time in my life. This was about 6/7 years ago- and they are now starting to sag a bit... so even surgery doesn't last forever.

I turned 42 in Dec. I started my journey last March - lost 40lbs in in about 5 months. I didn't think it was hard - the trick is to burn more than you eat =) there is no secret! I walked my 10 000 steps a day and measured everything I ate. I'm still measuring and walking - I'm also running now.

I'm in Canada and I've been running in the -30 C weather for a month now... yuck! Layer, layer, layer! that's the most important! I sometimes go with 4 layers of shirts/jackets and I finish with 2 layers - yes, even in -30. I wear a balaclava to protect my face from the wind- and so I can breathe. I wear longjohns and…
