  • I would enjoy a nice meal and not worry about it for that one day...and try to make it up for the rest of the week..eat a bit less each day ...or have a light dinner tomorrow ...do not stress over it...or do an extra workout on the weekend..but do not go for a soup and salad! :o)

  • gosh it is so cold in february! unless you enjoy being frozen u will hate it here! I live in the toronto area, i love montreal..and i love calgary because it is so close to the rockies which are amazing! we drove from calgary to vancouver few times and that was the best trip we ever did the drive was amazing.. cant comment…
  • everyone's body is different, and like pp said designers make different sizes. In my closet I have jeans and dress pants and skirts ranging in size from 6-10 and they all fit the same!
  • i always wear makeup...no foundation i cant stand the stuff...but eyeshadow(earth tones), mascarra, eyeliner, light lipliner and chapstick or gloss..and sometimes some blush if i am feeling pale. if going to the gym i just wear a bit of eyeshadow,mascarra, and chapstick...i used to go without but my gym is in the grocery…

  • i do the same...and then i feel guilty and start promising that i will do better tomorrow.... but i find that when i eat good during the day...enough i mean i do not go crazy in the evening..and water ...when you are full of water and well hydrated u are less likley to binge .. easier said than done though! samantha
  • i always say i will execise in ramadan..but i never do...so this year i am not saying anything....iftar is at 9 pm...by then you are so tired...and you do need to keep those calories you ate for iftar to last for the whole next day..i never wake up for sohur..so whatever is eat from 9 to 11ish is what will give me energy…
  • nuts, if you have no allergies of course..those add calories like crazy..but they are full of health benifits..and yummy as well:)
  • I take it easy i ramadan..will I do not exerice at all actually...fasting from 3am to 9pm, u can not waste energy on exercise, I do take the kids to the park and amusment parks so I do tend to walk plenty....and we do have that one week break from fasting, the only time I am ever glad to get my period! I do not worry about…
