  • I have tried to drink water before but to be honest it makes me even more thirsty! So not efficient for me and also I get pain in my tummy when I drink it. That's why I don't like drinking it. :smile:

  • My MFP is telling me that you need to have at least 1200 calories a day. I think that is too much though... Ok, well example today I admit I didnt have enough. Something like under 600 but I was not hungry. But I can not imagine eating 1200 calories a day. That means I would be back into my normal meal routine...
