I've been doing the Couch 2 5k app! I am at week 3 day 1 but it feeels great! This usually consumes 25-30 minutes of the day. Afterwords, I either run a little more or walk until i hit my calorie goal (200-300 burn)

This may be a stupid question, but im very confused to how a foodscale would work. Example- Would I just measure raw foods such as Kale, Raw chicken breast etc? What about orange, apples etc?

LOL how could you tell! Yeah Canadian! I live on campus - the salad bar is so pricey! I recently found a life hack. Chicken ceasar salad wrap! It's so cheap to make and kinda healthy !!! Yay for friends ! :)

Haha got your friend request! Down to encourage each other, I heard it takes 21 days to get rid of a bad habit, start with that? Anything's possible if you put your mind to it! Find yourself a role model in terms of body/weight/curves! Keep that picture in your phone or anywhere to boost your motivation!

It might be helpful for everyone to list their diet along with their work out plan for the next 3 months! As for diet, I`ll be eating 1200-1300 calories, and adding more to fill up the calories i burned! Going to be eating little cards, tons of greens and fruits! Im down!! Age: 19 Height: 5'5 CW: 172 GW: 142 90 DAYS! Calories: 1200-1300 a day, ofcourse more or less depending on the calories burned! Really want to do this! Aiming for 30 mins elliptical, along with weight training to burn fat! Please let this happen :) My BMI needs to get out of the over weight range, gotta be normal…
