I know how to feel wanting to lose 100 lbs. I am in a love/hate relationship so far lol, but i push through it and die at the end I plan on doing a few circuts of it them move on to Asylum which i heard it's crazy. I am not following the diet plan but eating healthy, have any of you done the diet plan too?

If it makes you feel any better..i feel the same after everytime i work out just the tired and weak basically dead, and i have felt that way since i started working out..i don't even want to eat. My friend is the exact opposite 30 minutes after she is ready to go and work out again, I just think it's how our bodies react…

I am on day 9 and this is the hardest work out I have ever done, I've thrown up and cried but still push through it. I'm just on week 2 and already have lost inches, its exactly what is insane but it works.

I go through that from time to time as well, I think what everyone is saying is a good idea. I actually have a work out buddy and she helps me but having friends around you that are going through the same thing even if it's not weight loss but they have a goal to reach can help keep you motivated.
