Besides apnea it could also be related to gastric reflux... They thought I had apnea...but what I had was gastric reflux - the acids were jumping up into my esophagus causing gagging in the middle of the night... bottom line - go to the doctor!

I love the kettlebell and there are a few good DVD's out there, including one that comes with the kettlebell - if you buy the one in the box. I find it to be a great compliment to JM's 30DS...but I don't like doing the same thing every day!

Oh my...guess I'm the old one here...52 to be exact! I'm currently living in Wilmington DE but soon to be moving to Okla where my family lives...complete with five grandkids! I started this life style journey in Jan and this is the longest I've ever kept to such a program! My hope is to lose 100lbs total!

Be intentional to surround yourself with motivational people. For instance, I tend to "friend" folks on MFP who either have at least 50lbs or more to lose or have lost 50lbs or more. I'm convinced this has been key for me! And when folks start slipping off...I unfriend them. This is an important journey and I want no less…

Zumba can be tough on the knees initially...lots of bending types of moves. Good news is that you can do this at your own pace and not push it.

Ahhh the kettlebell is a total body workout...start with 10/15 lbs...get the one that comes with a DVD or get Jillian Michaels DVD! Very effective!
