I have to say that I have been doing well for the past couple of weeks. I just don't want to fall off because usually around week 3, that's when I slow down, but hopefully with this group as a motivator, I will not.

I think that is a great idea. I too struggle with the gym and exercise but my goal is to hit the gym at least 4 times next.

I'm in. I am also a non-mommy who gained weight all by myself and I am ready to shed the lbs. I joined MFP a while ago but I have just recently started a new about two weeks ago. This would probably be really helpful for me.

Thanks for the encouraging words... I like the idea of walking for about 30 minutes a day and I can look into buying some free weights for home. I appreciate the help.
