My diet before was TERRIBLE, I could eat an entire bag of Doritos.. =( So I'm eating 1100 for now. Trust me! The more the number goes down....the more often =p That is just for encouragement though.. I've never actually had the weight come off! I was doing it on Fridays, a weigh in, but I'm switching to Monday mornings because that is day 1 of the week.. =) Do it 2nd thing in the morning.. potty first, weigh 2nd then go eat…

Lay on your side and do a crunch.. you might need help at first if your balance is as bad as mine.. =/ Or start out doing leg lifts on your side.. Love handles don't get much of a work out with normal exercise..

Tons of water, cardio, and crunches.. I'm not loosing that much.. but I'm a little worried about it too. Water helps your skin bounce back.

I don't have a scale =( So when I do cook meat, usually chicken... I go with the size of a deck of cards because it does shrink up a little bit when you cook it..

Lots of water! That helps your skin keep its elasticity. Strength training helps tighten too =)

Set your goal to 170 and then go from there. =) Figure out what a healthy weight is for your height too. If 170 is healthy and you are happy with how you look then stay there.. if not set a new goal and keep going.

You can do it ;D!!! Start thinking about food as fuel. Don't think about it as a treat, or anything like that.. think about 'is this food choice, going to fuel my body long enough'? I've been going up, up, up, up and then down a little, then up, up, up since I was 14.. Food is Fuel =) That has finally clicked in my brain…

Don't worry too much about it.. =) Just work a little harder today. Add like 10 or so minutes to your workout for a few days.

I've been weighing myself every monring.. first thing.. (after I pee..) before eating or drinking anything. I do that just to understand how it fluctuates.. I weigh myself randomly through the day for that reason. I officially weigh in every Friday though =) I measure every other.

I honestly don't know.. I've been trying since I was 14 years old! I cried when the scale went over 200.. it was slowly going up. I didn't think I looked much different.. but when pants I had just worn did not fit I started to notice. I've tried SO many times.. I don't understand but something in my brain clicked this time…

All I can say is you need to re learn how to look at food.. That is what I'm having a hard time with. Food really isn't meant to be something you 'enjoy'.. it is meant to fuel your body. Do you have any way of going to a dietician? Or your doctor..

I'm 20! =) I need a ton of motivation... this is like the 100th time I've tried to do this. Been going since I was 14 =/ ..I'll be good motivation too, if I can do this I'm sure anyone can!! =) I'm too broke to buy diet food so if anyone else is, we can share cheap, cheap meal ideas :tongue:
