  • I take Natures Made with Iron =) I've taken pre-natal before too (No intention of getting pregnant) they are really good for ladies.
  • I LOVE <3 Cucumbers. This might sound weird..but get light, fat free sour cream and cream cheese.. use the cucumbers to make pasta! I like to add tomatoes too.. I also like to cut them up and put them in a baggie with italian dressing.. I LOVE them with Ranch =) Apparently you can dip them in Hummus! (didn't know that..)…

  • The best way to weigh in accurately, I've talked to a dr!, is to weigh yourself '2nd' thing in the morning.. get up, go potty.. Don't eat or drink anything.. weigh yourself then. Nothing in yet, and everything is out. That is the best time to do it..
  • Now I feel better about my belly! =) I'm pretty sure I've lost so fast because I ate HORRIBLY before I started, and I jumped straight into my new lifestyle. It was Cold Turkey. Thanks =)
  • I am VERY impatient honestly. Not just with this weight loss but everything. I know I am being dramatic in my post.. but what I really want to know is how long it has taken other people to lose in those areas. 24 lbs and barely 1/4" of my belly.. Want to know if this is really normal or not.
  • I LOVE the elliptical.. Sadly I do not have one at the moment.. =( I do love going for walk though.. =) I can't jog or run yet, although I used too and I loved doing that too.

  • Put it in a Smoothie!!! =) I switched to activia because it had less calories.. I like the Strawberry smoothie, with mago and strawberry. That is all ya need, SO yummy.
  • IF you go over your protein, eat less of that and more fiber... apples help.

  • I've actually seen where people will teach zumba classes To lose weight.. That I don't see a problem with.. unless you get there and they are whining and passing out/ half assing it, not doing it. .etc.
  • Sometimes I think it is better to stick with what is working. If you eat 1100 calories, like I am, and feel totally fine, then keep it up. I'm doing that and losing weight.. so far so good.   • If you didn't slack off on weekends, you probably would have lost more, faster.. Its been almost 5 weeks for me, I've lost 20 so far.. I have only had one cheat day though and I've worked out just about everyday. There has been a few days where I didn't do much. You've still done Very well! =) 11 lbs is good for a month.

  • Maybe you built up muscle... I haven't gained in my stomach but I sure as hell haven't lost anything there either.. I do notice that my muscles are stronger though. That could be it. I'd like to see what everyone else says too. I'm curious.
