  • I weigh every morning =) It helps you understand how your weight fluctuates. Just don't panic when it goes up and down..

  • If you get to the point where you have to 'make yourself' drink it, then you are done =) But if you want it and can drink it easily, then keep going! =) It is possible to drink too much.

  • POPCORN. ;) I like to get the Hidden Valley Ranch mix and pour that on a cup of Popcorn, and I'm happy. Also, yogurt! I actually cut butter out of my diet quick.. I just reminded myself of what it Looks like :sick: you could get some Fiber One brownies, or skinny cow candy <3 So yummy
  • A good place to start is cutting out sugary drinks, soda's, juice, stuff like that.. and Take some multivitamins =) Make changes slowly.. Cut out soda's one week, the next week cut out going to the vending machine, the next week remake your normal dinners. =D Good Luck!! =) You can add me if you want.
  • I don't even tell people this is what I'm doing. It just pisses me off. What is the reason calories are on packages?? For us to look at and keep track of! Duh =( Have you ever seen a super skinny girl cry over a calorie? You look at her like WTF?? That is how I feel when people talk say *kitten* about me counting cal's.
  • I'm on 1100 a day and make every calorie count. =) Good stuff, and multivitamins. You do have to be careful with diets like that though.. very very easy to gain back the weight.

  • I would say, if you aren't hungry don't eat.. but I did see someone said whole dairy, that is a good one =) Load up your salads! Use bacon bits, and full flavor dressings and stuff too.
