I say that because that is what needs to happen! You literally just do it. You can't always sit and prepare yourself, or find motivation sometimes the person needs to just get up and Move. That is what they need to hear. Just Do It.

No one has to click this link. =/ People with eating disorders are the minority.. can't make us all change our habits to make their lives easier. They have to work through it on their own or with help from family and stuff.. This is the world they live in, we aren't living in theirs.

I lived in Fayetteville, NC for about 7ish years.. I know O.O Most of the families in my neighborhood were in the Army.. not all of the wives took very good care of themselves..

O.o I see a lot of people with like 4-5 cases of soda and they shouldn't be drinking soda at all.. and I wonder if they know how bad it is for them.. and I wonder how can they afford all of that soda!! O.O It bugs me seeing families with over weight kids putting junk in their carts =( Like candy and snack cakes…

Mines got 10 calories and some amount of fat.. I track it =)

I weigh in Monday and Friday. =) I get on the scale everyday though =p I like to see how weight fluctuates and stuff.

I eat plenty of fruit.. I'm just on a tight budget.. It isn't really my money that buys my food its my boyfriend.. =/ The protein powder is the easiest way to do it. I just found out that he has some in the cabinet already.. If it starts doing weird things to my body then I'll stop.. I just don't have the money to get good…

I see people on FB selling this stuff all the time.. I just didn't wanna buy into anything that was some kind of weight loss trick. I'll probably go look into them though =) Didn't really look into them all that much.

I've only lost 14 lbs so far, and don't see any difference at all.. other people say they do see it O.o ..I've got about 60 to go and I'm really afraid that I'll never be able to see the difference. I've ALWAYS had this belly and chunky thighs.

I knew a lady that carried around a loaf of bread and peanut butter with her everywhere! =) Try something like that.. I hope you weight way less that me =/ I go about 3 mph for 30 minutes and a website I use and MFP all say about 320. The website I use, I adjust my weight every time I get on.
