Seeing as you work in a hospital, I totally understand it. I never get the flu shot, I'd get just as sick with the shot as I would w/o it.. So I don't even want it..but if I choose to work in a hospital I'd understand that I would have to do these things... =/ Check the laws... Make sure.

Monster is yummy =) They have absolute zero and lo-carb that I drink =) It really isn't all that bad for you in moderation.. Try having coffee =) I drink coffee every morning.. except the lazy days where I go get a Monster ;D

I've worn pants to every interview I've had... but of course that was for a movie theatre, sub shop, then retail.. so all of those jobs my uniform was black pants. =)

Mine is a solid 7 damn days, every time. The days before, and the first half I don't even bother getting on the scale. The end of it isn't so bad.

Just be patient <3 Are you taking progress pictures? If not, start. My belly is GROSSSS as well.. but I have noticed a change is SHAPE! =) I can tell where it is starting... it does take the longest though.. belly fat is really hard to get rid of, just don't let it discourage you.

You do lose weight really fast in the beginning =) Your body is probably like 'o.O WHAT THE HELL IS SHE DOING'. :sick: It'll slow down as you go, and then it might stall out.. then you change it up again, and it'll start coming off again...
