Y'all made a little better =p They only know because there was pizza in the break room and I explained why I wasn't eating any.. It just makes me uncomfortable.. I do feel good about what I'm doing! I may only be eating 1100 calories a day.. but its the healthiest I've ever eaten!

I LOVE Yoplait Light! =) Greek yogurt looks gross to me and I don't want to try it! =( I don't like plain.. my favorite is strawberry =) Activia is pretty good for you too

I think going over on prtoein is okay.. I've looked at a few diaries of people that are within a few lbs of their goals and they go over a lot.. I think the main thing is to watch calories. =)

The first time I tried, I did lose =) didn't learn to keep it off.

The first time I ever tried to lose weight, I did it on an elliptical! I love those things SO MUCH =) I like it because I don't really like running all that much. I have a treadmill now and so far so good. I guess it is all about what you perfer. =)

I said no to the Papa Johns in our break room at work yesterday =) and the brownies.. and muffins. Tomorrow is potluck though.... =( Wish me luck! Think I might be leaving a little bit early.

Don't do the surgery <3 You will be so much more proud of yourself if you don't.. its so much better for your body too! Keep working on it. If you can do it without surgery, than do it! =)

You did it because you're human! Just cut back your calories a little each day for the rest of the week, push yourself to work out harder too.

You need to exercise the muscles behind them as you lose weight. Try taking light weights, lay on your back and lift them up. That works that muscle, push ups too.

Save some calories to help with the night time cravings.. Have some veggies... Also, find another way to produce dopamine. =) That is why you want snacks late at night, eating releases dopamine. Kind of like an addiction.. find something to occupy yourself.

It isn't a diet, it is a Lifestyle Change =) I saw someone else stole my answer =p Another big one is to think of Food as FUEL =) For your body! Not exactly something for you to enjoy.. That does not mean 'Food is fuel, something you Can't enjoy though!)
