I agree! Sugar will really hold back your weight loss. Monitor it well. I love cheese too so I use Krafts fat free shredded cheese. Same taste you'd never know it was fat free. Try wraps (Flat outs are the best I've found) and you can put anything in them (chicken, tuna, or sliced beef, just add lettuce and fat free cheese…

You are on the right track and should be very proud of yourself. Great job! Keep up the awesome work.

I am so glad you are bring back the group! I am super psyched! I really toned up last time and am really looking forward to this go around. My name is Cana, I have 5 kids and work 2 jobs (8:30-5 and 5:15-10:30) with an hour commute each way. This is the perfect way for me to get in a little exercise and toning!!! LOVE LOVE…

I found soups to be too high in sodium, not that I never have some but usually only once a month. Frozen entrees are the same thing. Such a small portion and so much fat and calories in them. I can eat more and enjoy it more if I pack my own lunch. I like to have wraps. You can put anything in them. Flat outs are the best.…

I don't generally log cleaning as exercise unless it's a "gut the room, clean it from top to bottom (dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, windows, etc....) move the furniture back in" type of cleaning. It would have to be non-stop heavy activity for 2 plus hours and at that I only log it as about 30 min of cleaning. I'm…

Five....2 girls and 3 boys. We had 4 kids in the first 4 1/2 years of our marriage and then a surprise 5 years after that.

Tim McGraw.....gotta love that man. Raw sex appeal for me.

133.6 I think I am destined to be at this weight. Just doesn't want to budge. I would mind if I could get my body fat down. It's still at least 8% higher than I want it to be.

Loved this comment also. I've been a little paranoid because I have just a little pooch of a tummy and some definate curves and I thought I needed to lose that, but when the gals at work were talking about it all the guys were like "OMG NO! You are perfect." I was amazed.

You are doing great. You don't even look like the same person!

Give me a cowboy anyday! The smell of leather, a nice stetson and a pair of cowboy boots and I'm gone!
-
Wow! You are an inspiration. Great job!

Amen to that! That's my guy!

I love a hairy chest and scruffy face...not a heavy beard, but a day or two worth of growth....oh yeah! Love it. Guys that shave/wax their chests lose it for me. Mind you, I'm not fond of a hairy back. (I'm so picky) I like nice calloused hands too. Shows they are a hard worker I guess and I like that. I'd take the farmer…

I'm Cana....40 (something) mother of 5! I'm actually looking to lose 7% body fat by 07/21/11. I know when I gain the muscle and lose the fat, I will go down in size and up on the scales. I'm starting out at 132, but figuring I will hit 140-145. I work 14 hour days (M-F) with a one hour commute each way. It leaves me very…

I definately know how you feel. My husband does nothing at home because he "works full time". Duh, I work full time (40 hrs) and part time (25 hours) with an hour ride to work and then again back home. I still have to do all of the housework, laundry, yardwork, home maintenance, etc... It is so frustrating. I did call him…

OMG...what an amazing transformation! Bravo!

I'm Cana. I'm 40 (something :blushing: ), the mother of 5, mima (gramma) to two little munchkins who live with us. I started MFP on 01/18/2011 and have lost just over 50 pounds. I work back to back jobs (8:30-5 and 5:15-10:30) M-F and have a two hour communte (1 hr to work and home again) each day. My goal is to lose 7%…

We were down to two kids in the house. One married and moved out of state, another moved out of state for work, and another thought it was that time in his life that he should grow up and move on. So we were down to just the 4 of us...(#5 came when #4 was 5 years old). My daughter came home for Easter along with her two…

I don't think I can motivate you, but I feel for you. I had 4 kids in 4 1/2 years. Luckily I was a stay at home mom until #4 turned four, but then I went back to work and worked two jobs....back to back.... an hour from home. That's when #5 showed up. It can be stressful and I know that's when I put my weight on. Lucky for…

I put on a size 14 and it was tight. It was instant. I'm obese and I'm done. Within 6 months I had dropped 40. I have lost a total of 52 and am LOVING IT!!!!!! So much easier to get dressed in the mornings now!

Sommersby (Jodie Foster & Richard Gere) and Braveheart (Mel Gibson) So depressing! I will watch everything except the last 5 minutes.
-
Tim McGraw the original one. Love it. Also, you either love it or hate it...patchoulli. Don't know what it is, but WOW!
-
It is a tremendous difference. You are doing a great job! I wouldn't worry about a goal weight as much as I would a body fat goal. You are really rocking it!

I'm me. Feel free to add me. I can get brutally honest and expect the same in return. I feel for you because I get so upset when I eat crappy and some MFP pals say "nice job". It should have been "what the *&%* were you thinking?! Get your act together." lol
