Remember if you are working out that exercise builds muscle but you will be losing body fat. When I was a size 8, I weighed 125. When I was a size 2, I weighed 145. My attitude is any exercise is better than no exercise. I work two jobs Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:15 pm and 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm). Picturing it all together made me laugh! Personally I like a guy with a snug tshirt (as long as there is a muscled chest underneath it) and jeans that aren't saggy in the butt. I hate saggy baggy butt.

LOL.... I thought the same thing. I couldn't log in this morning so I thought about it and guessed the challenge would be for pushups. I did 50 (wall) to start me off and then saw it was squats again. At least I like squats!!

I have a game plan to get going with this challenge, my problem (believe it or not) is I have an issue eating enough calories. I basically can not get all of my calories in eating healthy. Wanted to get a head start so I put in my 30 day shred last night and couldn't find the dvd remote anywhere. I couldn't get to the play function. I will have to get a new remote or check out the grandkids toy box!

Popcorn with lots of butter and parmesan cheese.....this is my weakness. I would eat it every day if I could. Unfortunately the 4-5 tbsp of butter are killers. If it were quilt free I would eat it breakfast lunch and dinner.
