This is ridiculously inspiring. Give yourself a pat on the back, and a hug, and whatever else you may want... Cause lady, you're a rock star! :drinker:

So. When are you selling tickets to that gun show?

You have no idea.

That shirt is NOT redonk! That shirt is the best thing I've seen all day.

There's a whole lot of alcohol abuse on that table.

I added you as well. Anyone is free to add me to their UP team: obventions[at]yahoo.com

Most people confuse hunger and nicotine cravings. I stopped smoking and started vaping. Best decision I've ever made.

I had completely different goals. First was to weigh less than my husband. Second was to get under 200lbs into "onderland." From there, I didn't really have much of a goal in mind because I never though I'd get back under 200lbs to begin with. Since then, it's been a matter of "What the hay, let's see what happens."

You're one of my greatest motivators

This photo is almost exactly 2 years apart. Lost 75lbs so far. Current goal is to just lift really heavy things. :drinker:

Yeah, but do you see how much less weight you're carrying? All the medicines that you don't have to take anymore? How healthier you are! YOU are an AMAZING woman! You've been such an inspiration to so many people.

Very possible if you're dedicated. I lost 50 lbs in 4 months by eating clean and exercising. Don't starve yourself, pay attention to your macros, eat healthy foods, and drink lots of water.
-
Sounds like you're setting yourself up for failure from the start.
-
I wouldn't have been able to do it without you and the rest of the FL's motivation

I had this problem. I just held out and wore a belt with all of my jeans for another month until I lost another inch. The type of material is a big factor to keep in mind. If you're looking at a pant with no give or wiggle room, then 42" is what you want. If you're looking at something that's a stretchy material, like a…

1) If you like it, go for it. (Personally, I like it, but I have odd tastes.) 2) Pay no mind to people who are gawking at the price tag. Obviously they don't realize that most bathing suits are pretty expensive unless they're from a walmart/target rack. Even then, they're still still pricey for what they are in my opinion.…

I'd be willing to bet that you're not eating nearly enough. You said you're nursing..... Are you calculating that into your calorie loss? The scale may not have moved, but have you checked your measurements from before Insanity to now?

Give it time. Everyone responds to birth control differently, and it does take a long time to get back to normal....especially with you being so young. Like another poster, I'm surprised they put you on depo so young.

I saw your lovely comment before you edited. I'm not new around here, dear. I just deactivated my old account. :drinker:

Diamonds. Diamonds are really hard.

No. There's not a gray area at all. IIFYM is fine and dandy, however it's still a matter of making healthy choices. Period.
-
Actually, it is. Simply put, every single thing you do is a choice. You can make the choice to live a healthy lifestyle, or you can make the choice to cram your face with junk. There's no gray area.

Drugs are tested in a group. If one single person, even out of a million people, has one particular symptom, no matter how outrageous it may be, they HAVE to list it as a side effect. Also, every person has different reactions to different drugs. Monitor your own experiences with it, and don't worry about what other…

There IS such thing as not eating enough, you know. Try readjusting your calories and macros.

You'd be surprised with the crap you can get away with around here.
