your not alone..i to somedays eat more than i should and then i will say what the heck i done scewed this day up so i will eat even more..horrible cycle.. we just have to all keep fighting it and stay strong..maybe it will help that we r all fighting together..thankyou for sharing this with us..:) :wink:

who do you bye these things for? if its you by some fruit or healthier snacks instead. if its for your kids or someone else try buying them snacks that r less appealing to you..keep trying..it ain't always easy but hang in there.

you can do this.. i once lost sixty pounds..it took 9 months but it happened and u can do it to and you will feel so good about yourself..i have since re-married and now have another child..so i am on a journey to lose 20 pounds of baby fat.. it is never easy.. that baby is 4..but never give up..:) if you want to be…

i would try dropping your calories to 1400 anyway.. your getting plenty of excercise..

i am on 1220 a day and eat some but not all of my exercise calories back.. try to keep it at 1200 at least and not fall below that and you should be ok..listen to your body if you become tired eat a little more..
