I walk to work, but it's to my mancave/office/cookshack/doghouse I built 3 years ago, 20' behind my house, so I still consider myself sedentary, though the decision to wear pants is usually based on weather more than modesty ;-)

Same here. I started using MFP a month ago, recommended by a local friend, but saw the post in GD by CLEB, never would have even thought there'd be a arfcom group here and it's almost 100 strong!

My goal was 20 and I'm halfway there, getting rid of the spare tire, and I want abs. I'm also a runner so I want to be faster, 20lbs is a lot extra to carry around.
