The post was about should women do press ups of at they just a chest builder for men. Also what does it work. My first post stated that they aren't a chest builder for men. Which you thought was the dumbest thing you'd ever read. Then you suggested it was a bodybuilding exercise. Then you say it's for building "toned…

1st: The website was just an example, these rep ranges are pretty widely recognized. 2nd: Why would a bodybuilder do stamina exercises? The OP seemed worried about it being too much of a mass builder. 3rd: My experience of training with women is that they can get over 10 reps in a month or 2. I've trained with lots of…

If they were a strength/size exercise people wouldn't be knocking out 20,40,60...... in one set. This is stamina. http://weighttrainingexercises4you.com/rep-ranges-to-develop-muscle.html

The weight involved in press up's is too light to build muscle, it just builds stamina. Try to do proper press ups, i've seen lots of women do them.

Yes, it's fine.

Depends what you want from it. I tend to find whey and water works.
-
I thought you meant taking steroids from the title. Why not just use juices like tropicana on your log.

You're confused between low calorie and healthy. All of the goodness in an egg is in the yolk, the white is just a little bit of protein.
-
Neither. Just find a good daily calorie goal and stick to it.
-
Share your diary. I don't believe anyone over the age of 8 years old struggles to get 1200 cals.
-
Try not logging your training. Pick a daily calorie target and stick to it. Judging from your diary i'd recommend about 1500. Also you're protein is a little on the low side for fat loss.

I bet it will pass in time, these things tent not to last long in my experience. Squatting barefoot is the best way though. Unless you have weight lifting shoes.
-
How's your salt intake? If you exercise and drink lots of water then you need to make sure you're adding salt to food.
-
Eat more salt.
-
Cutting carbs is just an easy way of cutting overall cals. The overall cals being the important thing. You also hold a lot less water so you lose a lot of water weight quickly.
-
Most gyms set you up with a routine don't that? Just ask people to show you how to do an exercise, most people will feel complimented that you ask them and help you out.
-
Carbs = Carbs Some will have health benefits that others don't but they wont harm you.

Is a chai latte not clean?

Agreed that calipers are the best way to do it at home. Disagree on the way the scales work. They use an electrical signal. They also have best practice rules that manufactures don't seem to publish. The equations online are pure guesstimates.

Neither are full body. Your split is: A. Chest & Legs B. Shoulders & Back
-
Do you stick to your calorie? If not then you wont progress. You can drink and stay within, you just have to be smart.
-
It's not a race, if what you're doing is working then stick with it.
-
You're giving credit for something you achieved to a piece of tat.
-
If they don't stop you from eating or force you to do more exercise then they don't work.
-
By healthy do you mean low calorie? Or do you actually mean healthy?

Compare a sprinters body to a marathon runners body.

Describe your level of bodyfat if you dont have an idea of %. Are you ripped, do you have an over hang....... Where i'm trying to get is are you thin but with a fat face, if so you're going to have to live with it. If you have a fat body, then of course you'll have fat on your face.

Exercise isn't required for weight loss. It helps and it good for you but it can easily be done without.
-
It would seem so. With any measurements you really need to track trends. 2 measurements 3 years apart isnt really a good comparison.
